Culti-Roll Press, designed to cultivate, level and firm the soil profile

The Culti-Roll Press is a modular build unit designed so that each element is an integral part of the unit and that all elements compliment each other.
The Culti-Roll Press can be used as a cultivator in its own right or in conjunction with a disk harrow / tine cultivator. It is built to the highest standards and will out perform any other machine of this type.
“To get constant consolidation you must have a level surface”
Features
• The leading tines break up soil and present loose material for the leveller to move and break up.
• Height and angle settings enable flexible operation to provide an ideal surface for the press section.
• Quality tines and levellers are used in order to minimise breakages - they are set up keep stones down and work in trashy conditions.
• The press-coil combination perfectly compliment each other, achieving consolidation at depth and on the surface whilst maintaining a weather-proof surface.
• The rings are locked to each other, minimising wear between axle and ring. Locking rings to each other enables the machine to operate more effectively in cloddy or sticky conditions and greatly reduces stone blockages.
Benefits
• Firm and level seed bed
• Complementary elements maximise clod break down with lower draft
• Stones driven down rather than brought up
• Flexible elements giving a multi-functional machine
• Heavy duty construction ensuring maximum reliability
